  I am a recent and rather late convert to the benefits of Yoga! I had done a little before meeting Bibhu, in support of my Dressage riding. I now attended his sessions at the Lotus Retreat and have really enjoyed his approach.
  He is very focused on the biomechanics of the body and he provides precise technical instruction. He is very cognisant of each individual’s current capacity and very specificity coaches to avoid strain and injury. He has also managed to not make me feel like a numpty when I’ve struggled to get my body to obey orders! This is very important!
  Bibhu oozes energy, good humour and deep knowledge of both the physical and spiritual aspects of the discipline. I would unreservedly recommend.
